Order Delivery Information

 

As a proud New Zealand company, we love providing you with premium quality products and quick, safe delivery, from our home to yours.

Delivery information is detailed below to help answer any questions you may have about ordering products from Kiwiherb. For further information, our team would love to hear from you – EMAIL US orders@kiwiherb.com.au or call us on FREEPHONE 0508 749 866.

DELIVERY OF ORDERS

All orders are processed during normal business hours (that’s Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm), and as soon as possible after we’ve received them.   We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours.

Any orders received or placed on weekends and public holidays, are processed within 48 hours.

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver on weekends or public holidays.

DELIVERY COSTS

Orders over $100 (excluding GST) have free delivery!  Delivery costs for orders under $100 are calculated on the website so you can see the total cost before you place your order.

If we need to deliver your order in multiple deliveries, you’ll only pay for the first one and there will be no extra charge for the remainder of your order.

Outside Australia?

Please place your order via the www.kiwiherb.co.nz website.

COURIERS

All deliveries require a signature, which means that the delivery address provided must be a street address. We cannot accept P.O. box addresses for delivery.

If it is impractical for you to receive and sign for a delivery, please include a note in the ‘Notes’ section at checkout stating “I authorise for my order to be delivered without obtaining a signature”. This will make it clear that Australian Couriers can leave your order without getting a signature.

Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for any item left without signature and cannot be liable for any late delivery.

To track your order, please contact us at orders@kiwiherb.com.au with your sales order number – you’ll find it on the purchase confirmation page. We’ll then provide you with a courier tracking number.

DAMAGED GOODS / RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we’re unable to accept returns.  

If you received the wrong goods or they got broken in transit, please let us know within 2 working days of delivery. Please contact our team at orders@kiwiherb.com.au with the damaged item’s batch number (found on the back of the box) and photos of the damage.

Our customer service team will then give you instructions and a Damaged Goods form. This will help us sort this out for you as quickly as possible.

HOLIDAY TRADING HOURS

Kiwiherb is closed on standard public holidays. You can still place an order and we’ll get straight onto processing it the next working day.
